Our privacy policy governs the way in which we process any personal information provided to us. This policy will be updated here if and when our processing methods for your information is changed. It is possible to access our website and browse most of our content without disclosing any personal data. In the course of monitoring and processing information, our main site does not currently utilise cookies, however in the event that cookies are set by additional website content, services or advertising providers, these will not contain any information which may subsequently identify you.

The personal information you may provide (which may include your name, address and any other details which concern you as an individual) may be processed by us. Our website also make use of statistical monitoring code in order that visitors to our site can be monitored to allow us to assess the volume of website traffic to various pages and in turn enable us to improve the site for the benefit of all. Proof of your identity is required before providing any information and we reserve the right to refuse such a provision if identity is not established to reasonable satisfaction.

You may make any enquiry or concern about our privacy policy or the way in which we are handling personal data, by contacting our Company Secretary.

You may at any time cease our processing of your information or request deletion of any information we hold about you, by sending a message to our IT Manager and inserting “unsubscribe” as the subject heading.
